When systemic or nerve issues are suspected, lab tests, nerve conduction studies, or electromyography may be recommended.

Treatment Options

Treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s specific condition, severity, and effect on daily activities. Many orthopedic issues can be effectively managed with conservative strategies such as weight management, posture correction, ergonomic adjustments, and activity modifications. Physical therapy plays a key role in musculoskeletal treatment, offering targeted programs that focus on strengthening supporting muscles, increasing flexibility, improving joint stability, and reestablishing correct movement mechanics.

When conservative treatments are not enough, more advanced regenerative and minimally invasive options can be explored.
